Service Area: Palm Beach County, Florida.
By booking or receiving any service from Scata’s Auto Detailing, LLC, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services performed by our technicians, whether scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Services Provided
We offer mobile auto detailing and related services, including but not limited to exterior washes, waxing, polishing, interior detailing, stain and odor removal, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, or vehicle type.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via direct message. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or mechanical issues.
Access and Preparation
Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location such as a driveway or legal parking area, with sufficient space and lighting for our technicians to work safely. All personal items, valuables, and child seats should be removed before service. Scata’s Auto Detailing, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards or other approved digital payment methods. Deposits may be required for premium or multi-vehicle bookings. Returned payments or chargebacks are subject to a $35 fee plus any collection costs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you notice an issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and, if necessary, correct the concern. Please note that some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of your vehicle, Scata’s Auto Detailing, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak clear coats, brittle interior materials, or poor aftermarket paint jobs.
We are also not liable for damage caused by rust, corrosion, prior repairs, or mechanical defects, or for losses resulting from services performed on vehicles with existing mechanical or electrical issues.
Our technicians perform a visual inspection prior to service, and any pre-existing conditions will be noted.
Weather and Mobile Service Limitations
Our services are weather-dependent. We may reschedule appointments in the event of rain, lightning, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions. If your location is outside our standard service area, a travel surcharge may apply.
Property and Safety
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Photos and Marketing
Before and after photos may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal information such as license plates or addresses will be shared without your consent.
Changes to Terms
Scata’s Auto Detailing, LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
