Yes, we ask that your vehicle be free of any personal belongings or trash. Glove boxes and consoles are considered personal areas, so if you’d like them cleaned, please remove all items and leave them open so our techs can access them.

💧 Do you need water or electricity?

No worries — we’re fully self-contained. If your location has any restrictions, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

⏱️ How long does a detail take?

Most interior or exterior details take 1.5–3 hours. Full details or heavily soiled vehicles may take 3–5 hours.

👶🐾 Is your service kid- and pet-safe?

Yes! We use professional, vehicle-safe products and ventilate interiors thoroughly. If you or your family have any sensitivities, let us know and we’ll accommodate.

🚗 Do you come to my home or workplace?

Yes. We’re a fully mobile service and can detail your vehicle at home, work, or most locations with safe access.

🌧️ What if it rains?

We closely monitor the forecast and will reach out if weather becomes an issue. We can work in light rain, or reschedule at no charge if conditions won’t allow for quality results.

⚠️ Is there a cancellation fee?

We ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a partial charge.

🏢 Can you work in parking garages or gated communities?

Usually yes — just include any access notes when booking (such as gate codes or garage height limits) and we’ll be ready.
